Eileen W. Wiggins was a 2014 candidate for the Orphans Court of Washington County in Washington County, Maryland.[1]

Wiggins ran for election to the Orphans Court of Washington County.
Primary: She was successful in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 48.4 percent of the vote. She competed against Linda Davis. Both candidates ran unopposed in the primary. 
General: She was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 12.5 percent of the vote. She competed against Joseph W. Eichelberger, Cassandra Laverne Costley, Linda Davis, and incumbent Judge John M. Shriver for three open seats. [1][2] 

Career

Wiggins spent 5 years as court clerk in the Washington County District Court and also served as the commissioner of the district court for 3 years. She is retired from the Maryland Employees Credit Union.[3]
