Campaign website
Fannon's campaign website stated the following:
Why He's Running
Frank believes Alexandria City Council needs an independent voice—someone willing to ask tough questions, challenge groupthink, and put residents first.
His priorities include:
- Controlling spending and opposing tax increases — Demanding accountability for every taxpayer dollar and focusing transportation investments on options residents actually use
- Protecting Alexandria's neighborhoods — Standing up for single-family neighborhoods against inappropriate large-scale development
- Focusing on local solutions — Addressing Alexandria-specific issues without letting national politics get in the way of problem-solving
- Reforming local elections — Eliminating partisan labels in City Council races and supporting a ward-based voting system
"City Council needs someone who will say what needs to be said, frankly, whether it's popular or not," Frank has said. "I'm ready to be that voice."
