Biography
Gretchen Maneval graduated from Towson High School in 1992. She studied political and social thought from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Maneval's career experience includes working with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City.[1]
