|- As a board member, I will bring authentic community engagement. As a parent of two APS students, I understand the importance of listening to parents, teachers, staff, and the broader community. I am committed to open communication, transparency, and collaboration so we can ask tough questions, find meaningful solutions, and work together to ensure every child in APS receives the high-quality education they deserve.
- As a board member, I will bridge communication gaps. I will be a bridge-builder you can trust, committed to open communication and clarity in decision-making. Too often, gaps between parents, teachers, staff, and leadership create misunderstandings that hinder our progress. I will listen first, foster transparency, and ensure our community understands how and why decisions are made. By building trust and facilitating effective communication, we can collaborate to develop solutions that genuinely benefit our students.
- As a board member, I will bring a focus on inclusiveness. Together, we can ask hard questions, find real solutions, and ensure every student receives a high-quality education. I will value every voice, parents, teachers, staff, and the community, while advocating for fairness, equity, and inclusion, so all APS students have the opportunity to succeed.
