Biography and Education
Burke received his bachelor's degree from the Catholic University of America in 1977, his master's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1980, and his J.D. from U.C. Berkeley in 1984.[2]
Career
Burke has worked as an attorney with the Legal Aid Society of New York, Steven Kimelman, P.C. and the firm Axelrod, Ingrassia & Tatenbaum, LLP.[2]
