Campaign website

Wagner’s campaign website stated the following:

ELECTION INTEGRITY
We must never have elections like we had conducted in 2020 ever again. The Democrats used the COVID-19 virus to illegally change election voting laws under “emergency action clauses”.

An example of this is the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 2022 ruling that the Wisconsin Elections Commission illegally without constitutional authority changed elections laws in 2020. The Wisconsin Election Commission illegally authorized municipal clerks and local election officials to establish ballot drop boxes. President Trump is correct in saying ballot drop boxes are less secure and ripe for voter fraud with next to no accountability. As your Congressman I will sponsor legislation at the federal level outlawing ballot drop boxes. An absentee ballot should and must be returned via mail or by the individual voting to the municipal clerk. This is something every Republican in Congress should support.

In the leadup to the 2020 Election Pennsylvania illegally changed election laws in Act 77. Act 77 established no-excuse mail voting in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled in 2022 the state’s constitution required votes to be cast in-person unless voters meet certain requirements and any change would require a constitutional amendment. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court with a Democrat majority then overruled and put in place automatic no-excuse mail voting. Pennsylvania illustrates why mass no-excuse mail voting can change election outcomes- According to federal data Pennsylvania lost track of more ballots than the difference in votes between Biden and President Trump. Pennsylvania also in 2020 set a record for the highest number of rejected mail ballots by election officials.

As your Congressman I still believe we should follow the lifelong history of voting laws and practices that have instilled faith in our elections.

Election Day should mean something. I support the right to early voting, but we should not have months of early voting like we do in many states.

I am fully against no-excuse mail in voting. If someone needs to vote by mail because of health issues or they’re likely to be out of the state for business or visiting family on election day it is perfectly reasonable to vote by mail. I do not support our elections going from a majority of voters casting their ballots in person to mass vote mailing.

When we have states that have tens of thousands of voters on voting rolls that are ineligible to vote because they’re deceased, have moved to another state or other reasons we shouldn’t be sending ballots to all registered voters when the state’s Secretary of State or Election Board hasn’t updated voter rolls in years.

We must have Voter ID Laws passed at a federal level to override states where Democrats refuse to support Voter ID Laws. I will sponsor legislation as your congressman to make Voter ID laws in all states a federal election law.

I will also sponsor legislation outlawing ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting allows other individuals to fill out ballots for voters that aren’t the voter. There is no reason other than a physical health issue that someone should be filling out another person’s ballot. Ballot harvesting allows individuals to intimidate another individual into voting for someone or lying to a voter about policy stances on the candidates in order to trick them into voting for one candidate over the other based on purposeful false information.

2ND AMENDMENT
I will always as your congressman support our Constitutional Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens. Democrats have and will continue to find any excuse to take away law abiding citizens gun rights because of criminals. It is offensive to me that politicians like Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden and others who are protected by armed guards and police officers at all times think they have the right to tell us how we are allowed to defend ourselves. We have a mental health crisis in this country- not a gun crisis. The 2nd Amendment was enshrined into our constitution by our founders because they knew the dangers of out-of-control government against people who remained helpless and unarmed and I will never back down as your congressman protecting our 2A Right.

SECURING OUR BORDER AND ENDING MASS MIGRATION
I am tired of hearing the word immigration reform. Any politician that tells you our country needs immigration reform is talking about mass amnesty or is too ignorant to know what is going on at the border. Our weak-kneed politicians have refused for decades to enforce existing immigration laws and that alone is why we have 20 to 30 million people illegally in our country. Illegal immigration is so bad all we can do is take an educated guess of how many illegal immigrants we have in our country. Building the wall is not enough- we’ve had millions of illegals game our asylum laws under Joe Biden and deportation should follow for anyone that has lied to border agents and gamed the system. There is a right and a wrong way to immigrate to the United States and DC Politicians slap in the face individuals that for past decades lawfully applied and became citizens. Democrats’ open border policies encourage illegal immigration and as your Congressman I will be a staunch defender of our border.

PROTECTING FREE SPEECH
One of the most consequential things that has occurred in regard to preserving the exchanging of ideas in our country has been Elon Musk buying Twitter. Big tech, in the lead up to the 2020 Presidential Election, worked to cover-up and to censor Hunter Biden’s corruption story. Big Tech stopped the ability to share the story and labeled it Russia disinformation knowing it wasn’t Russian disinformation. The 1st Amendment is enshrined in our Constitution, and I will do everything I can to protect it. Washington Democrats' ideas are wrong for our country, and they’ve shown time and time again their plan is to shut down speech they don’t agree with and label any contrary opinion as hate speech. I will always protect freedom of speech for everyone including Democrats and people who I disagree with.

PRO LIFE
Democrats are the extremists on abortion, not Republicans. Democrats once held the position as stated by President Bill Clinton, “abortion should be rare, safe and legal”. We now see Democrats advocating for abortion through the third trimester and even partial birth abortion. Roe vs Wade was wrongfully decided in 1973 and The Supreme Court rightfully decided abortion laws should be decided at the state level. I believe that each baby is formed in the image of God with a purpose for living and will fight to protect innocent life.

PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN
The radical left wants to control our future by manipulating the minds of our children through warped teaching about sex, boys in girls' sports and pushing an extreme leftist agenda through curriculum. I’ll fight to keep politics, sexual teaching agendas, and predators out of the classroom to ensure our children are educated for their future- not against it.

NATIONAL SECURITY
Under President Trump we had peace through strength and now we have President Biden who has left our world on edge from wars on multiple continents. I will always stand with Israel in their fight against antisemitic terrorist groups and countries. Hamas is an existential terrorist threat that must be eliminated. Hamas can’t be reasoned with- their sole objective is the destruction of Israel and the genocide of all Israeli Jews. Israel has been forced to live with the evils and threats of Hamas for far too long and as your Congressman Israel will not only have my vocal support, but I will lead the push back against an increasingly hostile media and college campuses wrongful depiction of Israel.[2]
