Jeff L. Rose (Republican Party) was a judge for Chief Justice of the Texas Third District Court of Appeals. He assumed office on November 12, 2010. He left office on December 31, 2020.

Rose (Republican Party) ran for re-election for the Chief Justice judge of the Texas Third District Court of Appeals. He lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.

Education

Rose earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University.[1]

Career

Rose was appointed to the 353rd District Court in November 2009 by Governor Rick Perry. He was defeated in his race for the seat, but following the election, Gov. Perry appointed him to the appellate court. Before becoming a judge, Rose worked in the Texas Attorney General's Office and as a private practice lawyer.[1]
