The city of Garland, Texas, held elections for city council on May 10, 2014. Four of the eight city council seats were up for election.
Incumbents Tim Campbell, Anita Goebel and B.J. Williams won re-election unopposed. Billy Mack Williams won the seat formerly held by John Willis.[1]
