Submitted Biography "I am a proud American by choice, deeply committed to upholding the foundational principles that make this nation exceptional: liberty, integrity, and opportunity. Originally from France, my love for America inspired my journey to citizenship and my dedication to public service. In 2018, I proudly became the first immigrant and naturalized citizen elected as an alderman in Crestwood, Missouri, embodying the promise and possibility of the American dream. My experiences as an immigrant have only deepened my appreciation for America's unique values, fueling my resolve to protect our nation's prosperity, sovereignty, and security. With more than 25 years of professional experience in technology leadership and agile project management, I bring practical solutions and a clear vision rooted in accountability and transparency. I believe in an America-first approach—prioritizing our families, small businesses, energy independence, strong borders, and national defense. As a political analyst featured internationally, I've consistently stood firm in advocating for policies that place the interests of American citizens ahead of special interests and career politicians. My mission is to restore trust in government through honest representation and legislation that respects our Constitution, empowers American families, and preserves the greatness of this country for future generations."

Prosperity and Security for American Families:

I am committed to America-first policies that strengthen our families, small businesses, and communities. I'll advocate for energy independence, secure borders, robust defense, and healthcare solutions that empower individuals—not bureaucracies.

Transparency and Trust in Government: I will champion transparency and accountability, eliminating backroom deals to rebuild public trust. Government must serve the people openly, honestly, and responsibly.

Citizen-Led Government:

To restore faith in our institutions, I will fight for term limits, fresh leadership, and a government truly accountable to the people—not career politicians or special interests.
America-First Economic and National Security Policies:

Ensuring America thrives by prioritizing small business growth, energy independence, secure borders, and a strong national defense. Policies should empower American workers, families, and businesses first. Anti-War, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Big-Corporate Influence:

Firmly opposing unnecessary wars, interventionism, and reckless foreign entanglements that endanger American lives and drain our resources. I stand against corruption and will relentlessly fight corporate giants and big tech monopolies that abuse their immense power to undermine our Republic, silence dissent, and manipulate government policies.
I look up to God and Jesus as the ultimate examples of truth, strength, and justice. Their teachings remind us to stand for what is right, to fight against corruption and tyranny. Beyond faith, I admire anyone who is better, smarter, and wiser than I am, no matter their background. Great leaders come from all walks of life, all colors, and all religions, but what defines them is their courage, integrity, and willingness to put their country and their people first. I respect leaders like Donald Trump, who stood up against the political establishment and gave a voice to working Americans forgotten by elites. I admire The Founding Fathers, who risked everything to create a free nation. I also look up to ordinary hard-working Americans—small business owners, truck drivers, police officers, and parents—who fight every day to protect their families, their values, and their way of life. Above all, I look up to my children. They remind me every day why I fight for a better future. Their innocence, curiosity, and potential inspire me to stand against those who want to weaken America, erase our values, and destroy opportunities for future generations. Everything I do is to ensure that they inherit a nation that values hard work, faith, and freedom.
I highly recommend *If You Can Keep It* by Robin Koerner. This powerful book underscores the urgent need for Americans to reclaim our nation's founding principles of limited government, personal liberty, and national sovereignty—principles that today's political elites frequently neglect or undermine. Koerner compellingly argues that America's greatness depends not on big government solutions or entrenched political establishments, but on empowered, responsible citizens determined to protect their freedoms.

My political philosophy aligns closely with this populist vision: placing everyday Americans first, rejecting globalist ideologies, and safeguarding the liberties that generations before us fought to secure. The book clearly illustrates how unchecked political power, bureaucratic overreach, and loss of civic vigilance has threaten the very essence of American exceptionalism.

Like Koerner, I believe we must actively resist the influence of powerful special interests, entrenched career politicians, and corporate elites who prioritize their agendas over the well-being of ordinary American families. *If You Can Keep It* is a critical wake-up call for citizens committed to restoring America's promise, reclaiming government accountability, and preserving our national identity for future generations.
Prioritizing the interests, security, and prosperity of American citizens above corporate influence, foreign entanglements, or special interests is not merely a policy stance—it's a fundamental commitment essential for restoring trust and integrity in our government. As an elected representative, my primary responsibility will always be to the people who placed their trust in me, ensuring their voices, concerns, and aspirations form the foundation of every decision I make. Corporate giants and special interests often wield disproportionate influence in Washington, pushing policies designed to benefit a privileged few rather than hardworking Americans. This influence undermines economic fairness, stifles competition, and limits opportunities for small businesses and middle-class families. I am committed to confronting this imbalance by advocating policies that level the playing field, support entrepreneurship, and drive prosperity from the ground up. Foreign entanglements, unnecessary wars, and globalist agendas drain America's resources, risk our security, and divert attention from pressing domestic issues. America's strength abroad depends first and foremost on strength at home. I will champion policies that emphasize national sovereignty, energy independence, secure borders, and a robust defense—ensuring our country’s safety and prosperity remain paramount. Special interests must no longer control the narrative, dictate legislation, or compromise American values. Transparent, accountable governance is essential for public confidence, and I will rigorously promote legislation designed openly, debated transparently, and implemented fairly. My commitment is unwavering—I will reject backroom deals and hidden agendas that benefit a select few at the expense of many. Ultimately, prioritizing American citizens means creating a government genuinely responsive to the people, empowering families, workers, and businesses, and safeguarding our freedoms
I have the experience, perspective, and leadership skills needed to serve effectively. As the first naturalized U.S. citizen to become an alderman in Crestwood, Missouri, I understand what it means to step up and represent a community. With over 25 years of professional experience, I’ve worked in leadership roles that required problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making—skills that translate directly into public service. My executive MBA has given me the financial and organizational expertise to navigate budgets, policies, and government processes efficiently. Having lived and worked internationally, I bring a broad perspective on economic and political issues, while my dual-language fluency allows me to engage with a diverse population. I’m not a career politician—I’m someone who believes in getting things done. I know how to listen, adapt, and fight for solutions that work. Whether it’s pushing for fiscal responsibility, supporting small businesses, or ensuring that government works for the people, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to leadership. My experience has prepared me to step into office and make an impact from day one.
The core responsibilities for someone elected to this office are fundamentally about serving Americans—the individuals, the families, the hardworking people whose interests must always come first. This means prioritizing policies that directly improve the lives of everyday Americans rather than benefiting corporations, foreign entities, or special interests. It involves ensuring prosperity by supporting small businesses, strengthening economic independence, and creating opportunities for American workers and families to thrive. Security and safety are essential responsibilities, including protecting our borders, defending our nation, and ensuring American citizens feel secure in their homes, communities, and workplaces. An elected official must safeguard individual freedoms, uphold constitutional rights, and actively defend the values that made America exceptional. Additionally, the responsibility to serve the American people demands unwavering transparency, accountability, and integrity in every action taken. Legislation must be clear, honest, and genuinely beneficial to the people it impacts. I firmly believe laws should focus on a single topic, avoiding omnibus bills packed with unrelated measures. Each piece of legislation must address one clearly defined issue, ensuring transparency, accountability, and allowing citizens to fully understand the purpose and impact of every law passed. Above all, serving Americans means placing their voices, needs, and hopes at the center of every decision, ensuring their government works tirelessly for them—not for political careers, powerful corporations, or foreign interests.
My legacy would be that the American Dream is possible for anyone who wants to serve but started with modest beginnings. I want to prove that success in public service isn’t reserved for the wealthy, the well-connected, or lifelong politicians, but for those who are willing to work hard, stay true to their principles, and fight for what is right. I want to leave behind a country that is stronger, freer, and more accountable to the people. A country where small businesses can thrive without being crushed by bureaucracy, where government is transparent and serves its citizens rather than special interests, and where every hardworking American has a fair shot at building a better future. I hope my legacy is one of action, not just words—of real results that improve the lives of the people I serve. I want to be remembered as someone who stood for honesty, and putting America first. If I can play even a small role in making this country better than I found it, then I will have accomplished what I set out to do.
I was an IT technician in a French High School in Paris' suburbs
One of my favorite books is If You Can Keep It by Robin Koerner. This book resonates with me because it explores what it truly means to uphold liberty, responsibility, and the principles that make America unique. It challenges readers to think beyond political labels and instead focus on the values that sustain a free society.
One of the biggest struggles in my life has been navigating a culture that prioritizes performative behavior over authenticity. Too often, success isn’t based on merit, hard work, or results—it’s about saying the right things, playing the game, and conforming to an unspoken script. I’ve seen firsthand how corporate and political environments reward those who go along to get along, while those who speak honestly and challenge the status quo are sidelined. As an immigrant, a professional with over 25 years of experience, and someone who has worked across different industries and cultures, I’ve faced the pressure to suppress my real thoughts, soften my words, and fit into a mold that doesn’t reflect who I am. But I refuse to play that game. Strong leadership demands honesty, accountability, and the courage to stand up for what’s right—not just saying what people want to hear. I will never let a culture of performative politics dictate my values. I believe in substance over show, truth over convenience, and action over empty words. I would rather stand alone with integrity than blend in with those who prioritize image over impact.
What makes the U.S. House of Representatives uniquely significant—and concerning—is its direct reflection of the American people's frustrations with government. Currently experiencing historically low approval ratings, the House uniquely highlights the disconnect between elected officials and everyday citizens. Unlike other institutions, the House is specifically designed to represent the people's voice closely and frequently. Its unique status as the branch closest to voters makes its low approval particularly alarming, underscoring the urgent need for reform, transparency, accountability, and representatives who genuinely put Americans first.
No, I do not believe that previous experience in government or politics is necessarily beneficial or required. Political experience does not guarantee clarity, integrity, or effectiveness. In fact, extensive political careers often lead to complacency, detachment from everyday realities, and entrenched thinking. Anyone who genuinely desires to serve our country and its people should have the opportunity to do so. It should never feel burdensome or unattainable for everyday Americans to believe they could one day represent their fellow citizens in the House or the Senate. What truly matters is a representative's clarity of vision, commitment to foundational principles, genuine understanding of citizens' concerns, and unwavering dedication to putting American interests first. Fresh perspectives from outside traditional political circles often better challenge the status quo, inspire innovation, and restore trust and accountability to government.
I believe the greatest challenges the United States faces over the next decade include our rapidly growing national debt, which threatens economic stability and future prosperity; technological competition from China, especially in critical areas like AI, cybersecurity, and advanced manufacturing; and widespread corruption and declining trust in public institutions, which erodes citizens' faith in our Republic. Additionally, we face a troubling loss of core American values and national identity, exacerbated by unchecked illegal immigration and policies undermining our sovereignty. Finally, unsustainable military spending abroad and foreign interventions divert critical resources from domestic priorities, weakening America’s security, strength, and economic resilience at home.
I understand and appreciate the founders' intent behind the two-year term length for representatives—it ensures frequent accountability to the voters. However, I believe two years might be slightly too short in our modern context. Elections today are costly and time-consuming, often leaving representatives with less than 18 months, sometimes even fewer, to effectively focus on serving their constituents. This shortened window can impede meaningful legislative work, limit productive debate, and create a cycle of perpetual campaigning rather than genuine governing. A slightly longer term could potentially strike a better balance between accountability and effective representation, allowing representatives more time to focus on serving the American people.
I strongly support term limits because Congress urgently needs fresh ideas, new energy, and greater diversity of experience and perspectives. Our country was founded on the concept of citizen legislators, not career politicians who hold office indefinitely. Without term limits, political stagnation takes root, leading to entrenched interests, corruption, and disconnect from the realities everyday Americans face. Implementing term limits will ensure a constant flow of new blood into government, encouraging innovation, diversity, and genuine representation of our dynamic society. It's time we empower a broader range of voices—breaking the cycle of insider politics to make Congress truly reflective of and responsive to the people.
There's not one single representative I aim to emulate, but several whose courage, commitment to principles, and unwavering defense of American liberties inspire me deeply—such as Thomas Massie and Matt Gaetz. These representatives demonstrated the boldness required to challenge entrenched interests, advocate transparently for citizens, and consistently uphold foundational values, even under intense pressure. My goal is to embody this principled, fearless, and America-first approach, always placing integrity, liberty, and the people I represent above political expediency.
One of the most impactful realities I’ve come to understand in Pennsylvania’s 4th Congressional District is the struggle of small business owners who are being squeezed by inflation, rising costs, and economic uncertainty. Take, for example, the countless family-owned restaurants, barbershops, and retail stores across Montgomery and Berks Counties that have been forced to make painful decisions just to stay afloat. Many of these businesses have been staples in their communities for decades, yet now they’re battling higher rent, soaring utility bills, and the rising cost of goods—all while trying to keep prices reasonable for customers who are also feeling the pinch.
Constructive dialogue and negotiation can lead to better policies that benefit all Americans. However, compromise should never extend to our core values, foundational principles, or the overarching objectives that define who we are as a nation. Restoring America’s greatness, preserving individual liberty, ensuring national security, and upholding constitutional values are fundamental commitments that must never be diluted or sacrificed in the name of political expediency.
If elected, I will use the House’s constitutional power over revenue bills to ensure fiscal responsibility, transparency, and accountability. Congress must stop reckless spending and focus on smart budgeting that protects taxpayers while preserving essential services.
I support a one Bill, one subject rule to end backroom deals and hidden spending. Every bill must be clear and focused, preventing unrelated policies from being slipped into must-pass legislation. A Balanced Budget is critical. The federal government cannot keep borrowing endlessly while families struggle with rising costs. I will push for spending discipline to ensure long-term economic stability.
Cutting waste, fraud, and abuse must be a priority. Government inefficiency drains resources that should go to vital programs like Social Security and healthcare. I will fight to protect these programs while ensuring taxpayer dollars are spent wisely. Washington must live within its means just like hardworking Americans do.
The U.S. House should use its investigative powers to hold the government accountable, expose corruption, and ensure transparency, not as a tool for political theater like the partisan handling of the January 6th hearings. Investigations should focus on real issues that impact American families, such as government waste, abuse of power, and failures in public policy. Congress must examine where taxpayer money is being wasted, ensuring federal agencies operate efficiently and without corruption. Investigations into Big Tech and corporate influence are also necessary to address censorship, monopolistic practices, and potential political bias that harm free speech and small businesses. Border security and national defense must be prioritized, including holding agencies accountable for failures in protecting American sovereignty and preventing illegal activity. Congress should also demand transparency in public health policy, investigating government handling of COVID-19, mandates, and how funding was allocated. Unlike previous politically motivated investigations, the House should conduct fact-driven, fair, and results-oriented inquiries that restore public trust and deliver meaningful reforms. By focusing on oversight that benefits the American people rather than partisan witch hunts, Congress can ensure an efficient, accountable, and responsible government.
As of March 15, 2025, no organizations or individuals have officially endorsed my campaign. It is still early in the process, and my focus right now is on connecting with the people of Pennsylvania’s 4th Congressional District, sharing my vision, and building a strong grassroots movement.
The committees that most interest me are Foreign Affairs, Defense, and National Security. I am deeply committed to ensuring America remains strong, secure, and respected on the global stage. My international background, combined with my dedication to America-first principles, positions me uniquely to contribute effectively to these critical committees. I am especially passionate about crafting sensible foreign policies that prioritize American interests, strengthening our defense without unnecessary foreign entanglements, and enhancing national security to protect our citizens effectively in an increasingly complex global environment.

Ballotpedia provides race ratings from four outlets: The Cook Political Report, Inside Elections, Sabato's Crystal Ball, and DDHQ/The Hill. Each race rating indicates if one party is perceived to have an advantage in the race and, if so, the degree of advantage:

  • Safe and Solid ratings indicate that one party has a clear edge and the race is not competitive.
  • Likely ratings indicate that one party has a clear edge, but an upset is possible.
  • Lean ratings indicate that one party has a small edge, but the race is competitive.[1]
  • Toss-up ratings indicate that neither party has an advantage.

Race ratings are informed by a number of factors, including polling, candidate quality, and election result history in the race's district or state.[2][3][4]
