• AI proof job creation - build upon the current CTE program with stand alone accredited facilities that build our careers in Electrical, plumbing & HVAC. More than just classes. Job placement. Leverage federal, private, local and National company funding to support. My background is the only one running who can achieve this!
• Teacher attraction , retention and pay! We want the best there is. Recruit Nationally. I understand the state sets pay and county has 9% increase on top. I want more! Let’s increase developer fees “pay to play”. This will go to school buildout out, renovations, teacher pay and fund public safety! I bring actionable ideas. See my execution record.
• Basic financial literacy - graduation requirement! Our kids need full understanding of credit, loans, interest rates. ROI, investing, balancing, budgeting, etc. THIS IS A MUST!
