Susan L. Whitlock is a circuit court judge for the 16th Judicial Circuit in Virginia. She was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in May 2012 to a term that expires in 2020.[1]
Education
Whitlock received both her undergraduate degree and her J.D. from the University of Richmond.[2]
Career
Whitlock served as a judge for the 16th District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court before joining the circuit court.[3]
