Primary: He was defeated in the primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 12.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Edward F. Engstrom, Roy C. Hayes III, Mary Beth Kur, and Valerie K. Snyder.

Career
Schraw is the owner of the law firm Schraw & Associates. He has previously worked in transportation law and logistics for a international chemical company.[3]
