Jim Leach (Democratic Party) ran for election to the West Virginia State Senate to represent District 3. He lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.

Biography

Jim Leach lives in Vienna, West Virginia. He earned a B.S. from West Virginia University in 1984 and a J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 1995. Leach’s career experience includes working as an attorney with his firm, Jim Leach, LC. Leach was elected to serve on the Vienna City Council.[1][2]
