Paul S. Carroll is the chief judge of the Orphans Court of Talbot County in Talbot County, Maryland.[1] He was elected on November 4, 2014, to a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Carroll ran for election to the Orphans Court of Talbot County.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 27 percent of the vote. He competed against Ron Frampton, John F. Hall, and incumbent Judges Carville D. Duncan and William J. Howard. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats. 
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. Three seats were up for election. [1][3] 

Career

Prior to his election, Carroll was a real estate broker. He formerly owned and operated the Easton Sears store, which he sold in June 2014.[4][5]
