Jill Barkley was a Democratic candidate for District 119, Maine House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Barkley's opponent in the November 2 general election was Independent candidate Benjamin Chipman. According to unofficial results, Chipman defeated Barkley in the November 2 general election.[1] Democratic incumbent Herbert Adams was not eligible for re-election under Maine's term limits.
