Mark Blankenship was the District 3 incumbent on the Lubbock school board in Texas. He ran unopposed for re-election on May 10, 2014. He did not seek re-election in 2018.
Biography
Blankenship is a civil attorney with Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam. He has his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and his J.D. from the Texas Tech School of Law. Blankenship has three children who were enrolled in Lubbock schools at the time of his candidacy.[1]

Mark Blankenship ran unopposed on May 10, 2014 for the District 3 seat and was re-elected by default.
Funding
Blankenship did not file a campaign finance report with the Texas Ethics Commission.[2]
