|- Focus on "We the People" because many politicians seem to focus on their own agenda and not the interests of their communities. I want my votes to reflect the voice of my community, and focus on bills that would actually help.
- Accountability for our elected representatives. What bills are they authoring/sponsoring? How are they voting in Congress, and what is their reasoning? Why don't they ever respond with real answers when we reach out to them? I want to provide that communication to our community.
- Transparency from every aspect of the government and bureaucrats. Where are our tax dollars going once the various departments and organizations receive them?
The most important principle that an elected official should have is selflessness; they should be a true public servant, only making decisions that would benefit their communities as a whole. They cannot be following their own agenda.
