Kent Marmon
Kent Marmon (Republican Party) is a member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 11A. He assumed office on December 1, 2024. His current term ends on December 1, 2026.

Biography
Kent Marmon earned a high school diploma from Caldwell High School. He attended the College of Idaho and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University. His career experience includes owning and operating a family printing business, holding various positions at Albertsons, building two Ace Hardware stores for an Ace franchisee, and serving as a training development manager for MotivePower. He previously served on the Caldwell City Council and Caldwell School District school board.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 14, 2014. Leif Skyving was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Greg Chaney defeated write-in candidates Brian Darnall Bishop and Kent Marmon in the Republican primary. Chaney defeated Skyving, Gordon Counsil (I) and Eugene Spencer Smith (L) in the general election.[2][3][4][5]
