Executive Order 13960: Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Federal Government is a presidential executive order issued by President Donald Trump (R) on December 3, 2020, that established principles for the use of artificial intelligence in the federal government and put forth a process to implement the principles through common agency guidance.[1]
