Emory Speer (1848-1918) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

He was nominated by President Chester Arthur on January 19, 1885. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 18, 1885, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on December 13, 1918.
