Biography

Education

Brown received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.[1]

Career

Brown served as a district judge for the Jefferson County District Court, Division 2, from 2001 to 2008. Brown also served as chief legal counsel for the Arkansas Employment Security Department, as chief deputy prosecuting attorney and deputy prosecuting attorney for Jefferson and Lincoln counties and as a tax accountant for Phillips Petroleum Company.[1]
