Martin C. Kelley
Martin C. Kelley (Democratic Party) was a judge for the 13th Subcircuit of the Cook County Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He left office on November 28, 2024.
Kelley ran for re-election for the 13th Subcircuit judge of the Cook County Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Kelley earned a bachelor's degree from Loyola University, Chicago, and a law degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in 1992. His career experience includes serving as a private practice attorney with the firm of Kelley, Kelley & Kelley prior to his judicial election in 2012.[1]
