Biography

Joe Miller lives in Amherst, Ohio. Miller graduated from Marion L. Steele High School. He earned an associate degree from Lorain County Community College in 1989, a B.S. in secondary education and teaching from Bowling Green State University in 1992, an M.Ed. from Ashland University in 2006, and an M.A. in American history and government from Ashland University in 2019. His career experience includes working as an associate director of planning at a design build firm in Ohio, as a general manager in a print production office, and as a teacher at the high school and college levels. Miller served on the Amherst board of zoning appeals and as an at-large councilman of the Amherst City Council.
