- Real leadership, not politics.
I'm not a politician, I'm a self made business owner with zero ties to the political machine. I am running for sheriff to bring real accountability, common sense, and honest leadership. No backroom deals, just real results.
A sheriff for the people by the people. - Running the department like a business with heart. The Sheriff's office and the people it serves of Hudson county deserves the same efficiency, structure and passion that makes a successful business thrive. Ill raise standards, empower deputies, and bring pride and purpose back to the badge. Making the job one that inspires not burns out.
- Respect, Safety and Community first. The title "Sheriff" should mean something again! I will restore respect between law enforcement and the public. Building a department that protects your rights, earns your trust, and makes communities feel safe, seen, and supported. All while being the bridge of communication between our great officers and our people.
Gov. Efficiency Through business principles.
I believe the department should be ran way more efficiently, that means higher standards, better training, and culture that motivates our deputies to lead with integrity. Common sense applied to the job.
Anti-Corruption and Political Independence. We should not have favoritism, Its about what you know not WHO you know.

Being the First in the office and the last one out. My team eats before i eat. Being the first one into battle and see to it that no one is left behind, that to me defines leadership with courage. through good times and hard times keeping it real with the team and the people you can accomplish mountains. Integrity comes from doing the right thing even when no one is looking, no recognition is necessary. Just doing it right thing, first time with no corners cut. that to me defines integrity. All generals, leaders, business owners every single person even the readers here and myself, have all made mistakes, errors, bad calculations, ect.. accountability is taking action for those responsibilities and learning from. Appling it to yourself to become better each day another step closer to success. that is accountability, when things go south stand up and face your problems don't hide behind a facade. Transparency is about being brutally honest. even when the truth hurts its better to face it, the turmoil is only temporary when your transparent, there will be no need to prove your point or word when you conduct yourself with transparency. As candidate for Sheriff, i follow these core values of mine and is an honor to serve them back to a sacred office.
Someone elected to the Hudson county sheriffs office holds a Constitutional Duty. With wide ranging executive, administrative, and law enforcement authority. While many people associate the role with only policing, the Sheriff is actually the Chief Executive of a complex public safety and legal support agency, and their core responsibilities reflect that. The SHERIFF holds leadership and management of the "Sheriff's office" which oversees law enforcement and civil divisions. Manage large staff of uniformed officers, administrative personnel, and specialized units. From setting departmental policies, structure, and internal priorities, they can create and manage the department's budgets, contracts, equipment, and resource allocations. Public safety and law enforcement coordination are a must. Court Security and even Judicial protection. The sheriff Should handle all transportation and custody of prisoners. The execution of civil processes and court orders, like warrants, subpoenas, foreclosures, restraining orders, ect. Community Engagement is a must. The Sheriff is the back bone of trust for the people, it is the bridge and connecting link that the people hold accountable for when it comes to the county, its safety and security. This office has much more duties and responsibilities that go beyond its public thought. The office is constitutional and is there to protect our rights, the rights of all our citizens.
one morning he was out in his county home and realized that he was running late for a meeting at the kremlin, so he got up and rushed to the car and he told his limo driver to get into the back seat that he was going to drive there. down the street he went and he passed two motorcycle officers. and the pulled him over. so the one officer came back from the vehicle and his partner said "well did you give him a ticket?"
- "no, no, he was way too important"
the other officer said well who was in the car,
the original officer said " i dont know i couldn't recognize him but they were definitely important, and the other officer said
"well who was it"
I dont know but his driver was GorbachevRegan told it better than i can here on this text, look up the jokes by regan they are all great.
