The South Carolina Director of Labor, Licensing and Regulation is an appointed executive position in the South Carolina state government. This position oversees areas of state regulation including professional and occupational licensing, fire and life safety and labor.

The current officeholder is Richele Taylor. She was first appointed to the position on December 8, 2014, and was confirmed by the South Carolina State Senate on February 12, 2015. Taylor replaced Holly Gillespie Pisarik, who served from 2012 to 2014.[1]
