The Oklahoma Permanent Standard Time Measure was not on the ballot in Oklahoma as a legislatively referred state statute on November 8, 2022.
The ballot measure would have eliminated daylight saving time (DST) in Oklahoma, thus making standard time permanent.[1]

Path to the ballot
The ballot measure was introduced into the Oklahoma State Legislature as House Bill 3146 (HB 3146) during the 2022 legislative session. On March 22, 2022, the state House voted 53-37, with 10 members excused, to pass the proposal.[1]
The measure was not passed in the opposite chamber before the legislature adjourned the 2022 legislative session on May 27, 2022.[2]
