Patricia Wartella was recalled from her elected position as president of the Village of Goodrich, Michigan, in Genesee County in a special recall vote that took place on May 3, 2011.[1]

The motivation for the recall effort as listed on the ballot was, "Ms. Wartella voted to terminate the attorney who represented the village for nearly 20 years. She also voted to terminate the street administrator who has also served in that position for many years."
