Weisner ran for election to the Orphans Court of Baltimore City.
Primary: He was defeated in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 10.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Stephan W. Fogleman, Granville Templeton, III, Charles Bernstein, and incumbent Judges Michele E. Loewenthal, and Lewyn Scott Garrett. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats.  [1][2]
