Roland Sagum III was a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing the 16th District from 2007-2011.

Sagum is Executive Vice President of Kikiaola Land Company, Limited, and Principal Planner for Applied Planning Systems. He has previously served as Deputy Planning Director for Kauai County from 1987-1992, and Civil Service Commissioner for the County of Kauai from 1995-2006.[1]

Daynette Morikawa defeated Sagum in the primary. The primary election took place on September 18, 2010. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.

2008

In 2008, Sagum won re-election to the Hawaii House of Representatives from Hawaii's 16th District. Sagum ran unopposed in the election. He raised $29,995 for his campaign.[2]
