Biography
Jonnieka Farr was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. She earned an associate degree from the University of Maryland, Munich in 1993 and a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York in 1995. Her career experience includes working as a business analyst and social worker.[1]

With her work experience as an IT Business Analyst, Jonnieka also seeks solutions for the tax burdens of small business owners and plans to amplify your needs as SC State Representative for District 79.
Jonnieka Farr is running to create positive change and ensure our voice is heard at the Statehouse. A former chair of both the Greater Columbia Community Relations Council and Richland Democratic Women’s Council, Jonnieka Farr will always provide the leadership that puts people first.
Jonnieka is the proud mother of two and a business analyst for the State of South Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and playing with her dog Roxie.- We are stronger through safe and connected communities with leaders that listen and put people first.
