Donoso was a candidate for District 20 of the New Jersey General Assembly. He was defeated in the November 8 general election. Donoso ran unopposed in the June 7 Republican primary. Incumbents Joseph Cryan and Annette Quijano ran bracketed together and defeated Tony Monteiro and Carlos Cedeno in the Democratic Primary.[1]
