The Arizona Individual Income Tax Rate Reduction Measure was not on the ballot in Arizona as a legislatively referred state statute on November 5, 2024.

This amendment would have provided for the Joint Legislative Budget Committee to determine whether there is a surplus in taxes collected, and if so, for the individual income tax rate to be reduced to 50% of the structural surplus.[1]
