Bill Durney
Bill Durney is a member of the Escondido Union High School District school board in California, representing Trustee Area 2. He assumed office in 2014. His current term ends on December 11, 2026.
Durney won re-election to the Escondido Union High School District school board to represent Trustee Area 2 in California outright after the general election on November 8, 2022, was canceled.

2014
Four seats on the Escondido Union High School District Board of Education were up for general election on November 4, 2014. Two incumbents, Tina Pope from Trustee Area 1 and Christi Knight from Trustee Area 3, ran unopposed and won re-election by default. No incumbent filed to run in the Trustee Area 2 election, leaving the race to candidates Lou Barrios and Bill Durney. Durney defeated Barrios and won election to the seat. In Trustee Area 5, incumbent Jon Petersen ran against challenger Georgine Tomasi and won re-election.
