Carolyn Crouch is the chief judge for the Orphans Court of Cecil County in Cecil County, Maryland.[1] Crouch ran for re-election to the Orphans Court of Cecil County in 2014, winning a new term that expired on December 31, 2018.[2][3]

Primary: She was successful in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 32.6 percent of the vote. She competed against Sally Saunders Camp, John David Jamison, and Pete Pritchard. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats. 
General: She faced Richard Charles Bartel, Sally Saunders Camp, Pete Pritchard, and incumbent Judge W. Edwin Cole, Jr. in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 27.7 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for three open seats. [2][4] 

2010

Crouch was elected to the Orphans Court of Cecil County with 27.64 percent of the vote in the general election on November 2, 2010. Vincent Pantalone and W. Edwin Cole, Jr. were also elected.[5]
