Clifford J. Proud was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He served as a magistrate judge on active service from April 7, 1994, until his retirement on January 1, 2011.[1]
Education
Judge Proud received his A.B. and J.D. degrees from St. Louis University.[2]
