Biography
Elle Nguyen earned a bachelor's degree and a graduate degree from Regent University in 2010 and 2012, respectively, and a J.D. from Seattle University in 2016. Nguyen's career experience includes working as a real estate investor.[1]

We need to build more housing and less expensive housing in high-opportunity communities. To accomplish that, local governments must reduce regulatory barriers that limit the market’s ability to build small, lower-cost homes on expensive land. Building more housing specifically smaller housing will over time bring down housing cost, or at least keep them from rising as quickly).
The full extent of the fiscal problem facing our state and local government won’t be known for some time and will depend on the course of the virus. Government revenues depend on the overall economy, and actions to stem the spread of the virus have drastically reduced economic activity. By paying only for certain usage, government can potentially lower operating costs and flex capacity as demand requires.
