Garret Shetrawski
Garret Shetrawski was a 2014 Republican candidate for the Second Worcester District of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.[1]
Biography
Shetrawski attended Gardner High School. He is pursuing a degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is also in the process of writing a book about WWII in the Pacific Theatre.[2]
Shetrawski is the chair of the Winchendon Republican Town Committee. He is also an active member of the UMASS College Republicans and a member of the Sons of the American Legion.[2]
He worked as an aide in the 2012 state representative race in the second district, a field organizer in the 2013 U.S. Senate race and as a campaign manger in a mayoral race.[2]

2014
Elections for the Massachusetts House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on September 9, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Incumbent Jonathan Zlotnik was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Garret Shetrawski was unopposed in the Republican primary. Zlotnik defeated Shetrawski in the general election.[3]
