Function
The 2013 Hawaii House rules described the function of this committee as outlined below.
“ | Committee on Human Services, whose scope shall be those programs relating to financial assistance, medical assistance, vocational rehabilitation, social welfare services, and the general well-being of the state's elderly and youth, including juvenile correctional services.[1][2] | ” |
