James C. England is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He was first appointed in 1976.[1]

Judge England was born in 1947, in Neosho, Missouri. He received his B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1969 and his J.D. from the same school in 1972[2]
