Campaign website
Elliott’s campaign website stated the following:
“ |
WHY I AM RUNNING As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I am qualified to review Judicial Nominees as my career training and experience allows me to identify prejudices, beliefs and behaviors that would compromise a judge. Not being a lawyer or other Court Professional I have no vested interest in appointing a Judge. I can not benefit personally from a Judicial Placement. I want to bring ethics back to the Governor’s Council and most importantly, I will listen to my constituents’ concerns.[2] |
