John J. Kelley is a judge of the New York Supreme Court 1st Judicial District. He assumed office on January 1, 2022. His current term ends on December 31, 2035.
Kelley (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for judge of the New York Supreme Court 1st Judicial District. He won in the general election on November 2, 2021.
Education
Kelley received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College in 1984 and his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 1987.[1]

Kelley ran for election to the New York City Civil Court, New York County (Manhattan), Countywide seat. General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 24.6 percent of the vote. Ann E. O'Shea, Dakota Ramseur and Mary V. Rosado were also on the ballot, competing for four open seats.[2][3]
