Kelly Sebastian was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 9 of the Wyoming House of Representatives. Sebastian ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2014.

Elections for the Wyoming House of Representatives took place in 2016. The primary election took place on August 16, 2016, and the general election was held on November 8, 2016. The candidate filing deadline was May 27, 2016. Incumbent David Zwonitzer (R) did not seek re-election.

Landon Brown defeated Mike Weiland in the Wyoming House of Representatives District 9 general election.[3]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was May 30, 2014. Mike Weiland ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbent David Zwonitzer defeated Mary Boud and Kelly Sebastian in the Republican primary. Zwonitzer defeated Weiland in the general election.[6][7]
