Mary Kay Klein
Mary Kay Klein was a part-time federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. She was first appointed to this position on January 2, 2003, and was reappointed in 2006 and 2010 .[1][2][3] Her last term ended on January 3, 2015.
Education
Judge Klein received her undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University and her J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota Law School.[1]
Career
Judge Klein spent the first two years of her legal career as a clerk. In 1982, she started the Klein Law Firm, Ltd. as a sole practitioner. She became a part-time magistrate judge in 2003, but continued to run her law practice.[1]
