The Missouri Authority to Repeal or Amend Initiated Constitutional Amendments Initiative did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
This initiative would have prohibited the general assembly from amending or repealing a statute that was approved by the voters through the initiative process unless the general assembly submits the proposed changes to the voters and the changes are approved by a majority of the voters[1]
