The Missouri Term Limits and Voter-Initiated Laws Amendment did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The measure would have replaced the term limits from eight years in one chamber of the state legislature plus another eight years in the other chamber to a combined sixteen year term limit and would have prohibited the legislature from changing any voter initiated law without a referendum.[1]
