Russell Wagner
Russell Wagner was a nonpartisan candidate for at-large representative on the Aurora City Council in Colorado. Wagner was defeated in the general election on November 7, 2017.
Biography
Wagner served in the U.S. Navy from 1995 to 2001. He received an associate degree in nuclear technology from the University of Phoenix in 2001. His professional experience includes working in utilities operations at Coors Brewery, as a certified water professional, and in training and development in the energy industry.[1]
