I'm a retired U.S. Air Force officer who proudly calls Loudoun County, Virginia home after 24 years of dedicated service to our nation. A native of Carolina, Puerto Rico, I received my commission through the Air Force ROTC program at the University of Puerto Rico in 1996. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Labor Relations from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, I've a proven track record of leading diverse teams to exceed goals while improving efficiency and reducing costs. I played a vital role in coordinating high-level national decisions involving multiple federal agencies, multinational partners, and the Intelligence Community.

I'm honored to be a candidate for the Dulles District seat on the Loudoun County School Board. I'm committed to representing parents and community members with transparency, accountability, and respect.
  • The soul of our nation is at stake, and the battle begins where our future is shaped: in our schools, with the education of our children. Loudoun County, VA stands at the forefront of this critical fight, a beacon of hope and resolve in defending the values that make our country strong—truth, liberty, and the pursuit of knowledge untainted by division or dogma.
  • Our children deserve an education that uplifts their minds, strengthens their character, and equips them to think critically, not conform blindly. Yet, in classrooms across our nation, and acutely here in Loudoun County, we face a growing challenge: curricula and policies that prioritize ideology over inquiry, division over unity, and control over freedom. This is not just a local issue—it is a national crisis, one that threatens the very foundation of our republic.
  • We are called to act, not with anger, but with unwavering commitment. The cause we champion is not merely about one county or one school board; it is about ensuring that every child, in every corner of this land, inherits an education that honors their potential and our shared heritage. It is about safeguarding the principles that have guided us through trials and triumphs—principles now at risk of being eroded in the place where they should be most fiercely protected: our schools.
- Common Sense Leadership

- Transparency & Fiscal Responsibility

- Student & Teacher Safety and Wellbeing

- Excellence in Education Through Fundamentals
- Fiscal Responsibility – Taxpayer dollars must be spent wisely. When the School Board claims there’s no money for teacher retirement healthcare but approves salary increases for top administrators, it erodes public trust. A good candidate prioritizes needs over perks.

- Transparency – Decision-making must be open and honest. Backroom deals, rushed policies, or evasive responses only deepen community frustration. Candidates should support full transparency and public engagement.

- Support for Parents’ Rights – Parents deserve a voice in their child’s education. The Board must work with families, not around them, and honor their role as primary stakeholders in students’ wellbeing.

- Student Safety & Accountability – Every child deserves to learn in a safe environment. That means enforcing clear policies, addressing incidents with fairness, and ensuring all students are treated justly—not politically.

- Academic Excellence Over Politics – The focus must return to core academics and preparing students for the future—not pushing divisive ideologies.

- Courage to Lead – Real leadership means standing firm when it’s unpopular, asking tough questions, and doing what’s right—not what’s easy.
I proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 24 years. Throughout my distinguished military career, I quickly became an expert in operations, training, education, and evaluations, overseeing advanced weapon systems and emerging technologies across tactical, operational, and strategic domains. As a leader in policy, doctrine, and governance, I held executive-level roles, managing organizations of over 20,000 personnel and directly supervising teams of up to 30 members. At one point, I was also responsible for defense assets valued at over $2 billion and contracts worth up to $300 million.
