The Wyoming Prohibit Foreign Entities and Adversaries from Owning Real Property Amendment is not on the ballot in Wyoming as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment on November 3, 2026.[1]
The amendment would have prohibited any foreign adversaries of the United States from owning or having a financial interest in real property or real estate including surfaces, subsurfaces, airspaces, or mineral interests.[1]

To put a legislatively referred constitutional amendment before voters, a two-thirds (66.67%) vote is required in both the Wyoming State Senate and the Wyoming House of Representatives.
On January 27, 2025, the state House approved the amendment in a vote of 58-3.[1]
On February 27, 2025, the Senate Committee of the Whole rejected the amendment in a vote of 9 to 19, with three members excused. [1]
