Matt Dodson (Democratic Party) is running for election to the U.S. Senate to represent New Mexico. Dodson declared candidacy for the Democratic primary scheduled on June 2, 2026.[source]

Dodson was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 1 of the New Mexico State Senate.[1] He ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in the 2012 election.
