Biography
Meg Luger-Nikolai earned a bachelor's degree in English, a law degree, and a master's degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota. Her career experience includes working as an attorney.[1] Luger-Nikolai has been affiliated with the following organizations:

- Minnesota Public Employment Relations Board
- Minnesota State Bar Association, labor and employment law section
- Minnesota Urban Debate League
- Board of Central Minnesota Legal Services[2]
